The Poshanu Cham Tower near Mui Ne and North East of Phan Thiet City, Vietnam, 02 june 2011. Located on Ong Hoang hill and built in the late 8th century, the Thap Poshanu Cham Tower worships god Shiva, who is highly venerated by the Cham. Beside these three towers there was once a temple, but it has been buried for more than 300 years. Inside the main tower is an altar, on which a couple of Liga-Yoni (a symbol of Shiva) is worshipped. The towers were repaired and upgraded from 1990 to 2000.
The Red Dunes, as the name suggests, reddish-brown sand that makes them a more popular place for photography. Smaller than White Dunes, they are easier to reach. Sand-sledding is a common and fun activity here.Visitors can rent plastic sleds and it is a wise idea to check the price and agree on it beforehand. Another interesting activity is kite flying as well as catching the beautiful sunset here. These dunes are a popular picnic place for locals too.
Mui Ne Fishing Village is 7 km north of Mui Ne Town. The Village offers swaying palm trees and hundreds of boats mooring on the water. The best time to visit Mui Ne Fishing Village is in early morning or in late afternoon. A leisurely cycling trip is interesting and can be combined with a visit to the fish sauce village and the sand dunes.
Fairy Stream is the best magical destination in Mui Ne. All of a sudden the stream opens up to blue skies, more greenery, and the current changes slightly. You can walk a few kilometres on a stream, feel refreshed on your feet, and on the way you see some nice nature views of white and red dunes.

Built in 1897 by French architect Snavat, the lighthouse is 65 meters above sea level, has a 35-meter-granite lamp tower for controlling sea traffic in the area and is the highest lighthouse of its kind in Vietnam. On the peak of the lighthouse, visitors are able to see a vast expanse of sea and sky, as well as enjoy cool ocean winds, especially at sunset when travelers can see a fantastic sight with splendid colors. In the dry season at low tide people can walk to the island. In the fall at high tide the waves can get high. In good weather the locals rent fishing boats to tourists in order to reach the island.
