Surfing

Most generically, the term ‘surfing’ refers to a surface water sport in which the person surfing is standing on a surfboard and is carried along the face of a breaking ocean wave, which is called the surf. It’s one of the few sports that directly utilizes the power of nature; nothing mechanical — purely natural.

      Windsurfing

Like sailing, it is only the wind that propels the craft and is therefore a quiet peaceful experience – with only the sound of the wind and water as it glides across the surface.

Even in the lightest of winds, windsurfing is a mobile and active enough sport to leave you pleasantly exhausted at the end of a good day

        Kiteboarding

Kiteboarding – also known as kitesurfing is a relatively new sport that first gained popularity in the late 90’s. Kite boarding is a mixture between windsurfing, surfing and wakeboarding. Compared to windsurfing and surfing, kiteboarding is quite an easy sport to learn. Lessons will jumpstart your learning process, and get you on the water quickly and safely. The fact that kiteboarding is such an easy sport to learn, is exhilarating and allows you to have fun in anything from a breeze to near gale wind makes kiteboarding the perfect recreational activity.

          Stand Up Padding (SUP)

SUP is rooted in the ancient Hawaiian traditions of canoe and surfing, but has only recently become a worldwide phenomenon. Appealing to ocean and lake goers alike, it’s no wonder that SUP is taking the world by storm. Whether you’re looking for another way to enjoy the waves, leisurely flat water cruising board, a perfect fishing craft, or an intense workout machine, SUP is the sport for you and your family.

            Kayaking

Kayaking is an ergonomic mix of sightseeing, physical exercise, and stress relief. Kayaking appeals to all age groups and preferences, whether you’re trying to find elusive water-birds, enjoy nature, or go careening off a cliff to get your adrenaline pumping.

            Sailing

Sailing is one of the world’s most popular sports enjoyed by young and old. The basics can be learnt easily, it doesn’t take long for you to be able to sail around a triangular course on your own. To begin with it’s about getting to grips with sitting in the right place, steering, changing direction and trimming the sails. As you progress you will learn to do these more quickly and efficiently to get the most out of the boat.
